1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CampusTrue ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

These Terms apply to all users, including institutions, administrators, teachers, students, parents, and visitors.

2. Description of Service

CampusTrue provides a comprehensive campus management platform that includes:

• Student and staff management
• Attendance tracking
• Fee management and payment processing
• Examination and grade management
• Communication tools
• Mobile applications for various stakeholders
• Reports and analytics

3. Account Registration

To use our services, institutions must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Pricing

Our pricing is based on the number of students and selected plan. Current pricing starts at ₹10 per student per month. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payments are due at the start of each billing period
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and bank transfers
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST)
• Late payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Minimum Billing

Minimum billing applies for 100 students regardless of actual student count.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Harvest or scrape data from the platform
• Upload false, misleading, or defamatory content

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to CampusTrue. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display this data solely to provide our services.

Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 90 days.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for:

• Downtime due to factors beyond our control
• Internet connectivity issues on your end
• Third-party service outages

8. Intellectual Property

CampusTrue, including its design, features, logos, and content, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for data loss due to user error or third-party actions

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription:

• You may cancel with 30 days written notice
• We may terminate for breach of these Terms
• Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked
• Data export is available for 90 days post-termination

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
